Hudson Pacific Properties created the Bentall Centre Women’s Network (BWN) for the tenant community to provide an environment that fosters meaningful connection, inspiration, respect and social-impact. The goal of this network is to create a space that enables those who work at Bentall Centre and identify as women to find community and support in areas of personal and professional development, learning, networking and mentorship.
Thank you for all your donations! This holiday season we were proud to support the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre through our “Helping Hands” Community Item Drive.
We Sorted, donated and packed 85 boxes! They were then donated to 3 DEWC Locations; 302 Columbia, 265 E. Hastings and 25 E. Hastings.
DEWC provides practical support to over 700 women, children and seniors, every day throughout their multiple locations in Downtown Eastside. Their mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for women from all walks of life, who live and/or work in the Downtown Eastside. To achieve this goal, the Centre provides supportive surroundings with meals, counselling, advocacy and programs which nurture and empower members.
