1. What are the dates and times of The Eras Preparty event?
The event will take place on December 6 & 7 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bentall Centre (1055 Dunsmuir Street).
2. Do I need to RSVP for the event?
No, RSVPs are not required but it is advised. First 400 people with an RSVP and arrive at the event will receive a concert bag. Visit bentallcentre.events to secure your spot.
3. Is the event free to attend?
Yes, the event is free! Come and enjoy all the activities, food, and entertainment. Some items, like food and drinks, may be available for purchase.
4. What activities will be available at the event?
We have a variety of fun activities planned for you, including:

5. Do I need to bring anything to participate in the activities?
Nope! We’ll provide all the materials for bracelet making, denim patches, s’mores, and more. Just bring your creativity and excitement!
6. Can I participate in all the activities, or do I have to choose?
You can absolutely participate in all the activities! Please limit your participation in each activity to let others enjoy as well.
7. What’s the deal with the shuttle to the stadium?
A FREE shuttle service to the stadium from 4-7pm will be available. Sign-up for a time, hop on, and enjoy the ride.
Shuttle service will only be available from The Eras Preparty event (Bentall Centre) to BC Place Stadium. No return shuttle will be available. However, Bentall Centre is approximately 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive, or 11 minute transit via SkyTrain.
8. Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes! We’ll have food and drinks from FUNK Coffee Bar and sweet treats from Lee’s Donut to fuel your pre-concert excitement.
9. Is this event suitable for all ages?
Yes, this event is family-friendly and open to all ages!
10. Where is the event located?
The event will take place at Bentall Centre in downtown Vancouver. 1055 Dunsmuir Street.
11. How do I secure a spot in the Eras Lounge?
Visit https://www.bentallcentre.events/the-eras-preparty-book to book a reservation. You’ll have
the option to book a time slot. There are 16 slots available per table. Make sure to book early, asspots may fill up quickly!
12. What should I wear?
Feel free to come dressed in your favorite concert attire! Whether it’s a themed outfit or just casual, be comfortable and ready to enjoy all the activities. Please note that this is an outdoor event.
